Regarding the risks of the spread of the new coronavirus Covid-19 infection worldwide and its potential impact, Renesource Capital AS of IBS would like to affirm and inform that the provision of investment services and ancillary investment services will not be impeded.

Renesource Capital AS IBS has developed a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan, which is regularly updated and revised to reflect the latest trends and high regulatory requirements.

The aforementioned does not preclude an action plan for the Company’s employees to perform their direct duties remotely in accordance with the Company’s Business Continuity Plan, in the event of a global or large-scale epidemic or pandemic.

The Company will continue to closely follow the development of the situation, following the instructions and guidelines of the Ministry of Health of Republic of Latvia, Cabinet of Ministers of Republic of Latvia, Latvian Centre of Infectious Diseases and World Health Organization.

With this announcement we would like to affirm that we have taken all necessary preventive measures to ensure the full and uninterrupted operation of the Company in the case of various development scenarios.

Renesource Capital AS IBS office in Riga operates and serves clients on a regular basis – Monday to Friday, according to the Company’s business hours.
